I also appreciate his honesty with discussing our options. To top it off the pricing was fair and they registered our product for the new warranty certificates. That was a big relief having that taken care of for us. Honestly, it wasn’t even on my radar so when I received the email from Fujitsu General America, Inc that it was registered, I could see that there was more work that went into the project than a simple install."
